Position: Permanent employment for 32 hours a week. A probationary period applies.

Start date: 2026-01-15 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire persons under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.

As a team leader 2nd, you will be prepared to step up to become a team leader. Here you have great opportunities to grow and develop into a leader at Willys. You will be a very important part of the store's and the store team's development, and in the work to offer our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices!

Here is a bit more about the position:

• You are a team player with more responsibility than others in your team, but without having the full personnel responsibility of a team leader.
• Together with your team leader, you lead and plan the operations in your team.
• Of course, you actively participate in the daily operational store work – you can count on getting many steps on the pedometer!
• You will learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as a team leader. This is a springboard to advance in your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future team leader or perhaps eventually a store manager?
• You work purposefully to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures.
• You are part of the management team in the store and have the team leader's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned in the work and through training.
• You are a role model in the work to welcome all our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• Together with your colleagues, you manage the daily operations at the checkout line.
• You ensure that our customers can complete their purchases in a good and smooth way with the help of our checkout options.
• At the checkout line, you meet many customers daily, always with great energy, knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
